Digital Archives Project - 2003

During the winter and spring of 2003, the Archives was fortunate to have had funding through LMDA/HRDC Partnership program
to carry out a digital project which included the scanning of all the minute books from 1875 to 2002, as well as the built heritage
site forms completed up to June, 2003. All that information was saved in pdf format, indexed, and stored in a database, and
finally saved on CD's. This was quite a monumental task but successfully carried out and completed in the allotted time period.
